Ordering questions
How do I pay?
Checkout creates a NOWPayments crypto invoice. Supported currencies are BTC, ETH, and SOL. PayPal is coming soon and is shown as unavailable until configured.
How does bulk pricing work?
If quantity reaches the listed bulk minimum and a bulk price exists, checkout applies the bulk unit price.
How do promo codes work?
Enter a valid promo code at checkout if you have one. Promo codes are optional and are not applied automatically.
What if checkout has an error?
Join Discord support, then include your order reference if one was created.
How is shipping handled?
Production checkout adds the configured flat shipping fee after product discount. Current flat shipping is $25.
When is an order marked paid?
An order is marked paid only after the payment provider confirms it. Creating an invoice or returning from the invoice page is not enough by itself.
